Only consumes 10-50 Watts of power? Not exactly high end. But not bad for a no moving parts PC and the prices are pretty good too. Now there is a pc that would be a perfect candidate for hooking up to a solar panel ... oh wait that's why they call them solarpcs. Only one problem, they don't appear to be a one source solution. You have to find your own solar panel.
