I've been asked this question regularly at job interviews lately and I don't recall getting asked it during prior job search efforts.
Have other people been fielding the same question, or am I on some kind of HR "difficult people" watch list? (slight hyperbole)

Difficult people create challenges and opporutinities. Sometimes difficulties are the most rewarding.
I believe it might have something to do with our economy and stressing out managers...
