I'm having to set up a hotspot within my store, Whole Foods Market.
I have 2 hotspots in my building on separate networks, using the same internet line.
I connected out cable modem to a hub, and let both Linksys WRT54G's grab dhcp addresses from the cable modem, then each linksys uses a separate network.
I assume you can do the same with 1 wired network, and 1 wireless.

What do you mean by WiFi? You mean an actual internet provider that is wifi? Those usually involve external antenna's on the buildings. If you just mean to implement a "simple" wifi network that's independant, a simple wireless access point would work fine.
Depending on your location of course, but i doubt ISP wifi would reach you indoors. As it usually involves line of sight to the towers. (Unless your area has setup an "area" hotspot").
