http://portableapps.com also features a load of FOSS. It has the benefit of being self contained, so users can take the suite with them to any USB enabled Windows PC and enjoy life a bit. (can't do much about spyware and viruses...)

We could have them all downloaded so that we could install them on people's flash drives at ITEC. I'm sure someone will hand out flash drives.
