Well, beer is a handy social lubricant, but even the article states that it's not a good idea for presentations or beyond 20 people. I think KCLUG has grown above that, and certainly the KULUA meeting in Olathe dwarfed this number.

I must be missing some point here. Is it unusual for adults to consume alcohol during social gatherings? Did something change in the world that I missed?
